With over 30 years of woodworking experience, KRJ Woodcrafts is dedicated to the highest possible quality using traditional woodworking techniques. Definitely not a production shop, KRJ Woodcrafts utilizes a balanced combination of hand and power tools to maintain the look and feel of traditional furniture while controlling costs and lead time. Traditional joinery, such as mortise and tenon and dovetails are used, and modern techniques used where appropriate. All pieces are designed and built to last, using the finest materials and highest quality hardware.

This site contains many examples of the types of projects completed and illustrates a wide variety of solid woods and veneers, including oak (red and white), maple, cherry, walnut, alder, poplar, and exotics such as zebra wood, leopard wood, ebony, as well as figured woods. Finishes vary depending on the application and customer requirements, and include hand rubbed oil, laquer, shellac, poly urethane, etc. Guitars are finished with a high gloss water-based poly specially formulated for musical instruments, and buffed for a mirror finish. Guitars are delivered set up for perfect intonation, hand leveled fret work, and action set to customers requirements.
